The opportunity The Learning and Development team deliver our services through a consultant model, partnering with internal business areas to provide expert advice and support to our stakeholders when developing digital training solutions. As a Learning Practitioner with digital design skills you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective digital learning experiences that meet the needs of our diverse audience. You will work closely with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to design and develop interactive and immersive learning solutions. Your role will be to enhance the learning experience and improve learner outcomes through innovative and effective digital learning strategies. A merit pool may be created to fill future vacancies which have the same or similar requirements to this position. This merit pool will be valid for up to 18 months. Role responsibilities As an AE5 Learning Practitioner (Digital Developer) your duties may include: - Contributing to the development of strategic digital learning solutions that embed the qualities and practices required of ASIO's people to support a strong leadership culture. - Supporting the design, development and facilitation of appropriate digital learning content and solutions, including e-learning, which support ASIO's Learning and Development Strategy. - Assisting with project administration tasks. - Providing administrative assistance to the Assistant Director, Learning Advisor Centre, as required. As an AE6 Learning Practitioner (Digital Developer) your duties may include: - Contributing to the development of strategic digital learning solutions that embed the qualities and practices required of ASIO's people to support a strong leadership culture. - Collaborating with key stakeholders as a business partner to understand learning capability needs and provide expert advice on best practice digital L&D solutions to enhance organisational capability. - Designing, developing and facilitating appropriate digital learning strategies and solutions that support ASIO's Learning and Development Strategy. - Managing and prioritising digital learning and development projects through their lifecycle, from conception to completion. - Managing contracts with external providers. - Contributing to reporting obligations. - Supporting the Assistant Director, Learning Advisor Centre, as required.
